The leitmotif of the Spanish interior designer Luis Puerta is, as he estates, to create serene and peaceful interiors, elegant and timeless, in an eclectic style with influences of the great decorators of the 20th century and a feel for the easy luxury, natural and without aesthetic stridencies , personalized according to the customer´s needs.
The work in all of the over 50 projects designed by Luis Puerta -a graduate in Art History and Antiques as well as MBA- since 1998 comes first from the study of the architectonic structure and the comfort as the main goal.
2014 has been the year to see the first joint project by Luis Puerta and Ruarte Contract come true, on an elegant and lightful residence close to the Paseo de la Castellana y Madrid downtown, a project in which there is a matching between the pine solid wood lacquered in white for doors, the oak natural veneer boards inside the closets and the MDF also white lacquered in the rest; between the accurate glazed lattices to give more spaciousness sensation to common areas like the hall, the corridor or the dining room and the blind doors in fine decorative papers or the neoclassic inmaculate frames under which there is no door to connect several rooms and areas.
A residence of a surface over 250 m2 in Madrid downtown that undoubtly will provide serenity and inner refuge to its owners and a decoration turn-key project for Ruarte Contract to feel specially proud of.
