At Ruarte Contract we are proud to have realized all the furniture of common areas, rooms and restaurant, as well as the design and installations at reception, lobby and several common areas of the Palacio del Infante Don Juan Manuel Spa Hotel, property of the House of Alba since the 14th century and donated to the regional government of Castilla-La Mancha that began its refurbishment in 2008. We hope you like it and have the chance to enjoy your stay soon.
The spa hotel has 39 suit rooms and it has come true thanks to the investment of 12 million € made by the government of Castilla-La Mancha for its restoration. The operation of the hotel was conceded to the company MartinCar for 20 years after a feasibility study made by PHG Hotels & Resorts .
This study developed by PHG in the area agreed that the establishment could be succesful due to the great cultural and historical interest nearby, where you can find the castle of Belmonte, the Don Quixote´s route, the Archeological Park of Segóbriga, etc.
The Palacio del Infante Don Juan Manuel Spa Hotel **** counts on 39 rooms, most of them suites as commented before, though it is previewed to add 24 more. It has a spa of 300 m2, gym, terrace, garden, pool and a wedding and conference hall.
This hotel will be a perfect complement to the castle of Belmonte, that receives almost 40000 visitors every year, and the touristic attractions nearby. The company that will operate the hotel will present a wide offer of services, such as excursions, visits to wineries and cheese factories, as well as equestrian activities. The official presentation of the hotel took place during the last edition of FITUR, Madrid International Tourism Fair.
